Position Security Officer Patrol Customer Care – Louisville, KY Full Time Pay Rate: $20.10 / Hour Job Schedule Mon: 07:00 AM – 06:00 PM Tue: 07:00 AM – 06:00 PM Wed: 07:00 AM – 06:00 PM Thur: 07:00 AM – 02:00 PM What You'll Do Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities. Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner. Conduct regular and random patrols around the business and perimeter. Observe and report unusual activity, maintenance concerns, and/or unauthorized access attempts in accordance with site procedures. Prepare clear and accurate activity logs and incident reports to support site operations. Minimum Requirements CPR and First Aid certification (preferred). Access control and badge experience (preferred). Customer service experience (preferred). Comfortable using a computer or tablet (preferred). Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
