Job Description Job Description Material Handler – 1st Shift We are seeking a reliable and experienced Material Handler for a first shift opportunity working Monday through Friday from 7:00am–3:30pm, with overtime available as needed. This is a direct hire opportunity. The ideal candidate will have at least two years of recent forklift and material handling experience in a manufacturing or warehouse environment. Candidates must demonstrate strong attendance, the ability to work independently, and a commitment to safety and productivity. In-house forklift certification will be provided on the first day of employment. This facility uses sit-down propane forklifts only. Key Responsibilities Keep production machines continuously supplied with stock material Read and follow shipping and production instructions accurately Move finished goods throughout the warehouse using sit-down forklifts Double stack materials and reorganize inventory to maximize warehouse space Remove scrap pallets and unusable materials from production areas Transport scrap materials to designated hold or disposal areas Operate stretch wrap equipment and assist with general warehouse cleanup Support shipping and production flow to maintain operational efficiency Qualified candidates must be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and able to work independently once trained.
