All Roads in Dundalk, MD is searching for a detail oriented, dependable and organized Staff Accountant to work onsite and join our growing team. As part of the Truck division, this role is responsible for accurately processing deals and related transactions, reviewing schedules, accruing expenses, and reconciliations. This opportunity is a great stepping stone to a long term career... we promote from within! Compensation & Schedule Compensation & Schedule: $55,000 - $65,000 (based on experience). Full time Monday-Friday with no weekends or nights. Flexible start time. Accurately post parts and service deposits in a timely manner. Review schedules and validate information Reconcile statements and accounts, identify discrepancies and resolve issues Effectively maintain accrued expenses Assist with month end closing. Other duties as needed. Other Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Accounting or AA degree completed with experience Competency in Microsoft applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook Organizational, verbal, and written communication skills Attention to detail and ability to multi-task, prioritize, and work efficiently Ability to perform at high levels in a fast-paced ever-changing work environment Takes initiative/ recommend actions to resolve discrepancies Ability to anticipate work needs and follow through with minimum direction All Roads does not provide H1-B sponsorship.
