You will manage end-to-end customs brokerage operations for a dedicated portfolio of accounts, partnering closely with customers, carriers, government agencies, and internal teams. This role is well suited for someone who is detail-oriented, organized, and motivated to build expertise in customs brokerage while contributing directly to service delivery and operational excellence.Key Responsibilities:Serve as a primary point of contact for assigned customers, providing timely updates and resolving shipment inquiriesPrepare and submit U.S. Customs entries and Partner Government Agency (PGA) filings in compliance with applicable regulationsManage entry files in line with defined KPIs, service standards, and documentation requirementsCoordinate shipment clearance with freight forwarders, carriers, airlines, and CFS facilities to ensure timely releaseTrack and trace inbound shipments from arrival through final delivery, proactively addressing delays or risksMaintain accurate documentation and upload complete entry packages into internal systemsSupport billing processes, delivery orders, and operational reporting requirementsCollaborate with internal teams to ensure coverage, knowledge sharing, and support during peak volumes.What We Are Looking For:Operational accuracy & compliance focus: we are looking for someone who is highly detail-oriented, committed to accuracy, and proactive in ensuring all customs processes and documentation meet regulatory and company standards6–12 months of experience in customs brokerage, logistics, or a related operational role (2+ years preferred in CHB or similar environments)Solid understanding of import processes, documentation, and regulatory compliance requirementsStrong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with multiple stakeholdersHigh attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environmentBachelor's degree preferred or equivalent relevant work experience; Customs Broker License is an advantage but not requiredYour ImpactIn this role, you will contribute directly to enhancing customer experience, ensuring compliance, improving operational efficiency, and supporting the adoption of standardized processes and digital tools across customs brokerage operations.Job Type:Full TimeSalary:$56,000 - $60,000**The above stated pay range is the anticipated starting salary range for the position. The Company may adjust this range in light of prevailing market conditions and other factors such as location.
