Our Credit Union is seeking a dedicated and service-oriented  Member Experience Representative to join our team. This role is responsible for delivering consistent, exceptional service to our members while assisting them with a wide range of financial needs. The ideal candidate will combine strong attention to detail with relationship-building skills and a commitment to teamwork.

Position Summary

The Member Experience Representative supports members with routine banking transactions, account services, and product inquiries. This position also plays an active role in promoting Credit Union products and services through defined relationship-based sales behaviors, generating referrals, and contributing to loan growth within the community.

The successful candidate will demonstrate professionalism, accuracy, and the ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist members with opening and closing accounts, responding to questions about products and services, and resolving issues within established authority levels.
• Perform teller functions, including welcoming members, processing deposits, withdrawals, and loan payments, and providing general account information.
• Generate referrals for additional products and services to support member financial goals and increase loan production.
• Develop and maintain business and consumer relationships within the community to expand membership and lending opportunities.
• Maintain accurate member account information within the core system and ensure required documentation and reports are completed in compliance with policies and procedures.
• Provide operational support to team members and assist the Branch Manager in their absence as needed.

Compensation & Benefits

This is a full-time position. After successful completion of a six-month probationary period, employees are eligible for a $1.00 per hour wage increase, contingent upon satisfactory attendance and performance.
