This role is ideal for a visible, hands‑on leader who enjoys coaching people, developing talent, and creating an outstanding guest experience in a high‑volume, full‑service restaurant. Key Responsibilities Lead and develop front‑of‑house team members. Maintain a visible leadership presence in the dining room, bar, and guest arrival areas. Drive exceptional guest satisfaction through service excellence and effective guest recovery. Manage beverage operations, inventory, purchasing, and cost controls. Recruit, interview, hire, train, and develop hourly team members. Build schedules and manage labor to meet operational goals. Partner with the General Manager to drive restaurant performance. Maintain high standards for hospitality, cleanliness, safety, and operational execution. Qualifications Two or more years of restaurant management experience in a high‑volume, full‑service environment. Strong front‑of‑house leadership and team development experience. Experience managing bar operations, beverage inventory, and cost controls preferred. Excellent communication, coaching, and leadership skills. Calm, organized, and effective in a fast‑paced environment. Hands‑on leader with a passion for hospitality and guest engagement.
