Hybrid Leave & Life Solutions Strategist

What The Day Will Look Like The Time Away & Life Solutions Practice develops strategies for our National Account clients for their life, disability, leave of absence, sick and vacation policies. In this position, you will support the team taking ownership of and accountability for projects and deliverables. This involves being actively involved in performing analysis, drafting client presentations, participating in client meetings, and identifying client needs for other services. This role offers the opportunity to serve as a trusted strategic advisor providing guidance on leave, disability and life program design. Additionally, The Time Away & Life Solutions Consultant Will Develop an understanding of Leave of Absence, including Paid Time Off, Paid Sick Leave, FMLA, ADA Lead and advise on RFPs for large clients who are bidding their life, disability and leave programs Provide day to day vendor management for our current clients Create client deliverables such as benchmarking and renewal analyses Facilitate communication with external stakeholders and vendor partners Collaborate closely with other internal teams (e.g., Health, Consumer Benefits, Local Offices) to bring integrated, cross‑solution perspectives to clients Lead project management and execution of client deliverables Manage client issues Bring forward innovative solutions and best practices to enhance client outcomes and differentiate Aon’s offerings. This role would also provide direct exposure to senior client stakeholders and enterprise level decision making. Skills And Experience That Will Lead To Success Excellent organizational and project management skills with strong attention to detail Ability to handle multiple projects at one time Strong analytical skills and financial acumen Advanced level of proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint and Excel) Strong presentation skills Education 3+ years’ experience in the life, disability, leave industry with a strong working knowledge of benefits and services offered to clients Pay Transparency Laws The salary range for this position (intended for U.S. applicants) is to $100,000.00 to $125,000.00 annually. The actual salary will vary based on applicant’s education, experience, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data. The actual salary may vary for applicants in a different geographic location. This position is eligible to participate in one of Aon’s annual incentive plans to receive an annual discretionary bonus in addition to base salary. The amount of any bonus varies and is subject to the terms and conditions of the applicable incentive plan.
