Job Title: Psychotherapist – Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) Location: Ione, CA Flexible Schedule: Mon–Thurs, 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM or Monday–Wednesday, 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM Pay Rate: $97/hr on 1099 + Sign-On Bonus Job Summary: We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Psychotherapist (LCSW) to provide mental health and therapeutic services within a correctional healthcare setting. The ideal candidate will offer evidence-based psychotherapy, assess and treat individuals with a wide range of mental health conditions, and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to promote emotional stability, rehabilitation, and wellness among inmate/youth populations. Minimum Qualifications: Active, unrestricted LCSW license in California At least 12months of recent experience within the last 2 years (excluding internships) Proficient in written and spoken English Ability to work effectively in diverse environments, including housing units or inpatient settings Strong collaboration and communication skills Key Responsibilities: Conduct mental health assessments and suicide risk evaluations Provide crisis intervention, individual, and group therapy Develop and monitor treatment plans Perform mental status exams and collaborate on complex cases Assist with benefits applications and community referrals Support care transitions and discharge plannin Maintain documentation and participate in team meetings Ensure compliance with ethics, confidentiality, and reporting standards Employment Type: Full Time Years Experience: 1 - 3 years Salary: $94 - $97 Hourly Bonus/Commission: No
