Senior Residential Counselor

Responsibilities Oversees the daily functions of the group home by ensuring consumers are provided a safe, clean, and adequate living environment Provides assigned direct care staff with continuous supervision and completes staff performance evaluations Ensures the implementation of service plan goals and interventions and provides case management services Manages the monthly program schedule to meet all coverage needs for assigned group home Participates in the development of all consumer related activities Qualifications BSW in social work, BS/BA in psychology, or a related field BA in unrelated field with two years of previous experience AA with two years of experience in mental health/human services One-year experience working in a residential mental health setting required Relevant supervisory experience preferred Valid New Jersey driver's license Location Up County Passaic What We Offer Generous time off package (vacation, personal, sick) 10 paid holidays Advancement and career development opportunities Competitive pay Over 90% of medical and dental premiums covered and free vision insurance Contribution to 403(b) after one year of employment #J-18808-Ljbffr CBH Care
