PRODUCTION ASSISTANT

Overview As a Production Assistant, you’ll support the hands-on creation of our fine jewelry pieces, working closely with the Production Team in key parts of the manufacturing process. This includes handling wax models, maintaining equipment, and ensuring a clean and efficient work environment. Position Details This is a full-time, manufacturing and production-based position at our Corporate office in Chandler, Monday–Friday. Responsibilities Daily casting and investing duties based on the production schedule and team needs. Melt and sprue wax models correctly and efficiently, preparing them to be attached to wax “trees” used in the casting process. Support the Production Lead in routine maintenance and servicing of machinery, including casting, investing, and 3D printer equipment. Maintain a clean and organized workspace in the wax room, investing room, and casting area. Follow all safety protocols and quality standards throughout the production process. Qualifications Strong attention to detail, both physical and instructional. Comfortable working with hot materials, tools, and machinery (training provided). Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently as well as part of a small team. Willingness to perform routine cleaning and maintenance tasks as part of daily workflow.
