Registered Nurse - Rehabilitation Hospital

The Rehabilitation Hospital is a state-of-the-art, 40-bed inpatient acute rehabilitation facility dedicated to helping individuals regain their independence following an injury or illness. Our programs provide personalized rehabilitation tailored to the specific needs of those recovering from strokes, brain injuries, neurological conditions, trauma, spinal cord injuries, amputations, and orthopedic injuries. We strive to maximize health, function, and quality of life through comprehensive physical medicine and rehabilitation programs.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care and administer medications as per protocols.
• Develop and implement patient care plans in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams.
• Monitor patient progress and report any changes in health status.
• Educate patients and families on health management and rehabilitation strategies.
• Document patient care activities accurately in the electronic health record.

Schedule

This position offers a full-time schedule of 36 hours per week, with shifts from 18:30 to 07:00.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Current RN licensure.
• Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience, preferably in a rehabilitation setting.
• Associates degree in Nursing or higher.
