General Orthopedic Surgeon, Sports Medicine Focus, Northern California Join a well established, hospital employed orthopedic practice near the California Oregon border. This role offers the opportunity to develop a Sports Medicine focus while maintaining a balanced schedule.
Position Highlights- Practice Model: Hospital employed General Orthopedic Surgery practice.
- Sports Medicine: Develop a Sports Medicine focus within your practice.
- OR Access: Dedicated blocked operating room time.
- Call Structure: Shared call with no trauma responsibilities.
- Schedule: 4.5 day workweek.
- Guaranteed Salary: 808,000 starting salary.
- Sign On Bonus: 125,000.
- Student Loan Repayment: Up to 100,000.
- Paid Time Off: 8 weeks of PTO plus paid holidays.
- Retirement: Retirement plan with employer match.
- Malpractice: Malpractice insurance with tail coverage.
- CME: 5,000 CME allowance.
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Orthopedic Surgery
- Sports Medicine interest or experience welcomed
- Open to 2027 graduating residents and fellows
