Contract | Travel | Days | 13-Week Assignment | Full-Time | Onsite | Start Time: 7:00 AM – 4:30 PM | Flexible scheduling available Monday–Friday (5x8 or 4x10), with one Saturday per month and a flex day off granted during the week | Projected Start Date: August 24, 2026

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct, one-on-one physical therapy services to patients in inpatient, inpatient rehabilitation (IRF), and outpatient settings
• Utilize specialized equipment including Lite Gait, BITS, NuStep, and IASTM tools as part of patient treatment plans
• Document patient care accurately using Meditech and Nethealth documentation systems
• Collaborate as part of an interdisciplinary team including PTs, OTs, SLPs, PTAs, COTAs, and RNs
• Float between IRF, acute care, and outpatient settings as needed to support department coverage
• Maintain productivity expectations in line with or below the national average (75–80%)

Required Qualifications

• Active Physical Therapist license (or eligibility to obtain licensure in South Carolina)
• Minimum of 2 years of physical therapy experience
• Proficiency in core physical therapy clinical skills as an independent clinician
• Willingness to learn and maintain flexibility throughout the workday
• Ability to wear required uniform (light grey scrubs)

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience in inpatient rehabilitation and/or acute care settings
• Familiarity with outpatient orthopedic and neurological physical therapy
• Experience with Meditech or Nethealth documentation platforms
