Licensed Vocational NurseThe Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) at the MEDVAMC and Community Based Outpatient Clinics (CBOCs) serve as a generalist to support the Patient Aligned Care Teams (PACT), specialty and mental health teams. The LVN provides a wide range of clinical services to a Veteran that demonstrates complex clinical judgement under the direct supervision and minimal observation of a registered nurse or provider. The LVN is expected to utilize the 10 Caritas processes in thier clinical practice.
