Quality standards are driven by the Original Equipment Manufacturers and are usually governed by the ISO/TS 16949 Quality Management System. The Quality Manager will be responsible for leading the quality organization across the region, implement the new Global Quality Management System (QMS), and ensure local policies and procedures meet global standards. This role will ensure we meet and exceed all industry quality standards.Leadership Core Responsibilities:Coach and develop team members to reach their full potentialSupport development assignments and movement of talent across unitsMotivate and challenge to drive high performanceCommit to "hiring the best" internally and externallyCreate an inclusive environment which embraces and derives value from diversityExecute performance and career development discussionsRole model and enable development of competencies in others needed to implement our strategyEstablish and support a safety culture in which all accidents are preventableBachelor's Degree in an Engineering or scientific discipline requiredMasters Degree or higher in an Engineering or scientific discipline preferred4+ years of experience in Quality Management, Product Stewardship or Continuous Improvement disciplines required3+ years leadership experience requiredMain competencies: Collaborate for Achievement, Drive Sustainable Solutions, Act with Entrepreneurial DriveExpertise in Risk ManagementExpertise in Project ManagementPrior automotive quality experience preferredAdditional InformationAll your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines.
