Full-time and part-time opportunities available Same Day Pay! Pay Rate: $45-$55 an hour Available Shifts: 8-hour shifts: 7 AM-3 PM 3 PM-11 PM 11 PM-7 AM 12-hour shifts: 7 AM-7 PM 7 PM-7 AM Shift Differentials: $1 for Evening and night shifts on Weekdays $3 for Evening and night shifts on Weekends No Frills Program for Full-Time Employees: If you opt for no benefits (no vacation, sick time, personal days, or holidays), you'll earn an additional $3/hour on top of your base pay. Earn more by combining shift differentials with no benefits and proof of your own insurance.

Responsibilities of a Respiratory Therapist: Perform chest examinations on a range of patients Consult with doctors and other healthcare staff to develop and modify patient treatment plans Provide detailed therapy, requiring significant independent judgment Perform exams and diagnostic tests measuring lung capacity and blood acidity/alkalinity Treat patients using oxygen or oxygen mixtures, aerosol medications, and chest physiotherapy Connect the patient who can't breathe to a ventilator Educate patients and families on how to use equipment and medications Regularly monitor both patients and equipment 3 years' experience

Qualifications for Respiratory Therapist: Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) by the National Board for Respiratory Care Current state licensure Experience with Trach Care and Ventilator Management in a skilled nursing home, LTACH, or hospital setting Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to interact well with residents and families
