- Start Date: 07/01/2026
- End Date: 09/30/2026
- Variable shift start/end time: Monday-Friday 8:00am-5:00pm
Clinical Details :
- General practice PCP
- Duties:
- Perform physical examinations, diagnose illnesses, and develop individualized treatment plans
- Order, interpret, and review laboratory tests, imaging studies, and diagnostic procedures
- Manage chronic conditions such as diabetes, hypertension, COPD, and heart disease
- Prescribe medications and monitor treatment effectiveness and patient outcomes
- EMR: Eclinicals (ECW)
- Work Setting: Clinic
- Age range of patient population: 18+, elderly
- Average patients per day: 10-14 pts
- Support Staff: 2 Case Managers, 2 Referral Coordinators, 4 Medical Assistants, 1 Clinic Nurse, 2 Primary Care Providers, and 2 Front Desk Representatives
Requirements :
- Will consider non-local providers, and reimburse for travel
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine
- Previous experience in outpatient primary care preferred
- Experience with value-based care and population health management
- Proficiency with electronic medical records (EMR), preferably ECW
- DEA License
- BLS (Basic Life Support) Certification
- Active NPI and Medicare/Medicaid enrollment eligibility
- Current state medical license
- Preferred bilingual: English and Spanish
