As a Customer Service Representative with Brumelle Insurance Agency, you will generate the kind of exceptional customer experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance business. You will enhance your career while resolving customer inquiries, coordinating with other agent team members, and anticipating the needs of the community members you support.

Responsibilities

• Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service. Service can include responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverage changes, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification.
• Maintain a strong work ethic with a total commitment to success each and every day.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a customer service role.
• Ability to obtain insurance licensing in Colorado (Property & Casualty, Life & Health)
• Exceptional communication skills across all channels - written, verbal, and attentive listening.
• Organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Proactive problem-solving abilities, ensuring swift resolutions for customer inquiries.
• Collaborative spirit, thriving in a dynamic team environment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office products, including Outlook, Word, and Excel and CRM systems.
• Strong computer skills with the ability to accurately enter, update, and retrieve customer information in multiple systems.
• Ability to learn new software and technology quickly and follow established processes.
