General Manager

We are recruiting for a General Manager to join our team in Leeds. Salary: €45000 per annum Location: Dublin Shift Pattern: 40 hours per week, Monday-Friday Key Responsibilities: Maintain consistent service standards, efficient throughput, and strong customer experience in a fast-paced commercial environment. Drive profitability through tight cost control, budgeting, and forecasting. Manage food & labour costs in line with contract catering targets, monitor daily revenue performance. Manage the client account, making sure expectations and targets are met. Use retail knowledge to improve product range, displays, pricing, and promotions to help increase customer spend. Lead, motivate, and develop the team, ensuring effective rota planning aligned with peak trading patterns. Provide coaching, performance management, and training to maintain high standards and build a strong, engaged team culture. Work with culinary and commercial teams to evolve menus and retail offerings suited to a contract catering environment.
