This is an outstanding opportunity for a detail-oriented paralegal with litigation experience who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys supporting complex construction and surety matters. The ideal candidate will play a key role in case management, discovery, trial preparation, and overall litigation support while working closely with attorneys on sophisticated legal matters.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive litigation support to attorneys handling construction and surety disputes.
• Manage discovery processes, including document collection, organization, review, and production.
• Assist with trial preparation, including exhibits, pleadings, witness materials, and case files.
• Maintain and organize electronic and physical case files.
• Draft, prepare, and manage legal documents and correspondence.
• Conduct legal and factual research to support ongoing matters.
• Monitor deadlines and coordinate multiple priorities across active cases.
• Utilize legal technology, case management platforms, and document management systems.
• Provide additional administrative and litigation support as needed.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of paralegal or legal support experience.
• Strong litigation experience, including discovery and trial preparation.
• Experience in construction law, surety, commercial litigation, or a related practice area is highly preferred.
• Bachelor's degree and/or Paralegal Certificate preferred.
• Proficiency with legal technology, Microsoft Office, and document management systems.
• Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple deadlines and work independently while collaborating effectively with legal teams.
