Required Skills & Experience

• 5+ years of high-volume technical sourcing (preferably for data center or engineering roles)

• Excellent sourcing acumen and demonstrated ability to use creative sourcing strategies to generate robust, diverse pipelines of talent to support hyper scaling organizations

• Experience working in high-volume environments with metric-driven goals

• Excellent communication and writing skills

• Team Qualities: strong work ethic, great interpersonal skills (no hesitation picking up the phone, getting candidates excited about opportunities), results-oriented

In this role, you will actively source large, diverse pools of data center and engineering candidates that will result in key hires to fuel critical data center expansion. You will get to work with a collaborative, inclusive, hardworking team of recruiting professionals in a fast-paced, high-volume environment to ensure delivery of efficient, effective, and quality talent to internal customers. The ideal candidate will be self-sufficient and well-versed in creative candidate generation methodology. It is critical that this individual can manage, prioritize, and close high-volume searches against tight timelines. A successful candidate will also possess strong verbal and written communication skills, demonstrate high integrity, and understand the value of providing amazing customer service.
