VP Tax Attorney

We are partnered with one of the largest and globally recognized brokerage firms on a VP of Tax opportunity for their rapidly growing M&A and Transaction practice. This individual will play a key role in structuring and placing tax insurance solutions for clients, supporting M&A transactions, tax credit investments, and corporate risk management strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Structure and execute tax insurance placements for a broad range of transactions
- Work alongside deal teams to increase adoption of tax insurance solutions
- Support client development initiatives across new and existing relationships
- Engage in industry events and client-facing activities
- Assist in scaling the tax insurance business across North America
Qualifications:
- JD required
- 3+ years of Big Law experience
- Specialize in M&A transactions and tax structuring
- Proven client-facing experience and ability to build relationships
- Strong communication skills and entrepreneurial mindset
