Physical Therapist - Travel Contract

Minimum Qualifications Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from a program accredited by the appropriate professional body. Active Arizona Physical Therapist license required to start the assignment. BLS (Basic Life Support) certification from AHA or ARC may be required. Experience working in a skilled nursing facility or long-term/post-acute care setting preferred. Demonstrated ability to perform evaluations, develop treatment plans, and document skilled rehab services. Effective communication and interdisciplinary collaboration skills. Preferred Qualifications Previous travel therapy experience preferred. Experience with restorative nursing programs and discharge planning preferred.
