Critical Access Infection Prevention RN contract provides weekly pay up to $3,000 for experienced infection prevention professionals. Key Responsibilities:

• Provide expert infection prevention oversight and guidance across the facility, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.
• Collaborate with clinical staff and management to develop, implement, and evaluate infection control policies and procedures.
• Conduct regular infection prevention assessments, audits, and staff education sessions to maintain high standards of safety.
• Monitor and investigate infection incidents, prepare reports, and recommend corrective actions to mitigate future risks.
• Assist in managing facility compliance documentation and participate in infection prevention training programs.

Qualifications:

• Valid RN license
• Infection Prevention certification (e.g., CIC)
• BLS certification
• ACLS certification
• Minimum 3 years of recent infection prevention experience
• Ability to assist on the floor when needed
• Strong LTC and acute care background
• Professional demeanor
• Team-oriented mindset
• Adherence to facility protocols
• Ability to work independently
• Flexibility with start times

Preferred Skills:

• Supervisory or managerial experience
