You’re a great fit if you have: 5+ years of experience building and scaling distributed systems at lightning speed. An intimate understanding of infrastructure‑layer software (Kubernetes, databases, etc.). A keen eye for detail and the ability to anticipate potential issues. A proven track record of delivering high‑quality products. Strong programming skills and a solid foundation in computer science. Bonus points if you have: Experience with a strongly typed language like Rust. Experience as an early engineer at a hyper‑growth startup.
