Job Description
Budgeted Salary Range: The expected range for this position is $93,509 - $105,000 per annum.
Student Affairs seeks an experienced and talented HR professional to join our team and provide effective human resources services to assigned business units. The ideal candidate will have a passion for all generalist roles, including staffing and retention, talent acquisition, compensation, employee relations, performance coaching and management. This role will report to the HR Director for Student Affairs and serve as a trusted partner and advisor to managers and staff. This is a hybrid role, requiring a minimum of 2 days of onsite work per week.
