About the Role
The Company is in search of a Vice President of Commercial Pricing to take on a pivotal role in the modernization of pricing frameworks and the development of advanced analytics capabilities. The successful candidate will be a key stakeholder in the strategic direction of the company, with a focus on large account pricing. This leadership position requires a professional with a Fellowship in the Casualty Actuarial Society (FCAS) and a minimum of 15 years' actuarial experience, including a strong background in pricing and leadership. The role demands a candidate with excellent client-facing skills, experience in handling massive data sets, and the ability to thrive in an environment of ambiguity. The Vice President of Commercial Pricing will be responsible for driving the company's pricing strategy, leading a team of pricing actuaries, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure the effectiveness of the pricing process. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in the industry, with a deep understanding of the market and the ability to apply that knowledge to the company's pricing models. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are essential, as is the ability to communicate complex concepts in a clear and concise manner. A strategic mindset, a passion for innovation, and a commitment to excellence are also key attributes for this role.
