In this role, you will service high-end residential homes, performing a wide range of repairs, light remodeling, and maintenance projects. Key Responsibilities * Field Execution: Perform high-quality home repairs, maintenance, and light remodeling projects in premium residential settings. * Diagnostics & Solutioning: Independently assess, troubleshoot, and repair residential systems and structural issues. * Customer Relations: Maintain clear, polite communication with homeowners and project supervisors regarding scope, updates, and timelines. * Site Management: Keep work areas clean, protected, and organized to ensure zero damage to high-end home interiors. * Quality Assurance: Ensure all work meets strict safety standards, local codes, and complete homeowner satisfaction. Required Skills & Technical Expertise Hands-on proficiency across multiple residential trades is required: * Finish Carpentry: Trim, baseboards, crown molding, door/window adjustments, and cabinet installation/repair. * Drywall & Paint: Precision spackling, patch repairs, surface prep, and seamless interior/exterior painting. * Basic Plumbing: Fixture replacements (faucets, toilets, sinks), leak troubleshooting, and line maintenance. * Basic Electrical: Light fixture/ceiling fan swaps, outlet and switch replacements, and basic troubleshooting. * General Maintenance: Hardware installation, blind/curtain hanging, TV mounting, and punch-list completion. Qualifications & Job Requirements * Experience: Verifiable residential maintenance, handyman services, or residential remodeling. * Vehicle & Tools: Must possess a reliable truck or van capable of hauling materials/ladders, along with a full personal set of standard trade tools. * Professionalism: Must be punctual, well-groomed, and possess exceptional interpersonal skills. * Licensing: Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
