Responsibilities Assist activity directors with planning and implementing recreational activities for residents, including arts and crafts, games, and outdoor events Encourage socialization and community engagement among residents Support residents with daily living activities, such as ambulating, transferring, and feeding Collaborate with the care team to develop and implement individualized care plans Provide emotional support and companionship to residents Maintain a safe and clean environment, adhering to infection control protocols and facility policies Document resident activities and participation in reports About the Role As an Activity Aide at Park View, you will be part of a dynamic and supportive team dedicated to delivering exceptional care and services to our patients.
