Job Summary : R & R Breakfast Spot is looking for a restaurant busser for maintaining cleanliness and organization in the dining area, assisting servers, food runners and hosts, ensuring a pleasant dining experience for guests. Duties/Responsibilities :
Table Maintenance: Clear and reset tables promptly after guests finish their meals, ensuring a clean and
inviting environment for new diners.
Assisting Waitstaff: Support servers by delivering food and beverages, refilling drinks, and responding to customer needs as required.
Cleaning Duties: Maintain cleanliness in the dining area by sweeping floors, wiping down tables and
menus, and ensuring that all dining utensils are clean and well-stocked.
Restocking Supplies: Replenish condiments, napkins, and other essential items at service stations to
ensure smooth operations.
Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service by being attentive to guests and assisting them
with any requests. Required Skills and Qualifications:
Communicate effectively orally and in writing.
Manage multiple, concurrent and conflicting priorities and deadlines.
Ability to work collaboratively with kitchen staff and other servers.
Ability to stand for long periods, lift heavy trays, and move quickly in a fast-paced environment.
A keen eye for cleanliness and organization to ensure a pleasant dining experience Education and Experience:
1 year of fast-paced restaurant experience preferred Physical Requirements:
Prolonged periods of standing.
Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
