Location(s): Dallas, TX.

Required Experience and Qualifications:

• Minimum of 15 years of experience in data stewardship or data governance roles, preferably within the retail industry.
• Strong understanding of customer, marketing, and loyalty data, including related processes, systems, and end-to-end data flows within the retail customer domain.
• Proven hands-on experience with data quality management and data governance tools such as Collibra, Alation, or similar platforms.
• In-depth knowledge of product hierarchy structures across brick-and-mortar stores and eCommerce platforms.
• Demonstrated leadership presence, with the ability to present insights and recommendations to C-suite and senior executive stakeholders.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and translate findings into actionable recommendations.
