Job Responsibilities

• Maintain daily production reports and assist visitors.
• Coordinate travel schedules and office space.
• Manage and report on various inventories.

Requirements

• High School degree or equivalent.
• 0 to 1 year of work experience in an administrative or clerical role.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Access, and Outlook.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.

Preferences

• Some college education.
• Experience with SAP and electronic calendaring.
• Strong customer service background.
• Experience with plotter and scanner operations.
