What You’ll Do Deliver an exceptional guest experience by providing friendly, prompt service at the register or self‑checkout. Suggest additional products to enhance guest purchases. Address guest concerns with urgency and involve managers as needed. Foster a team‑oriented, respectful work environment. Keep our stores stocked and fresh, ensuring food and beverage items are available and up to quality standards. Maintain cleanliness in food prep areas and follow all safety regulations. Restock shelves, coolers, and display areas as needed. Keep the store clean and organized, complete regular cleaning tasks to ensure a great experience for guests. Assist in inventory management and restocking. Operate the cash register efficiently and accurately, process transactions, handle cash and card payments, and provide excellent guest service. Act as the first point of contact for guest concerns, responding respectfully and compassionately, recognizing when to elevate issues to the shift manager. Maintain proper food safety standards, cleaning protocols, chemical handling, and storage requirements. Support teammates, arrive on time, and work effectively with a diverse group. Qualifications High School Diploma or GED (or in progress). Previous experience in a fast‑paced, guest‑focused environment is a plus. Team player who takes initiative and enjoys working with people. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and perform physical tasks like bending and standing. May be required to obtain and maintain food handler or alcohol server permits, depending on state/local regulations. Ability to adapt to safety protocols and follow written and verbal instructions.
