Degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Step into a meaningful opportunity serving students from Pre-K through 4th grade as a full-time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) for the 2026-2027 school year! This rewarding contract position runs from August 25th, 2026 to June 11th, 2027, spanning two sites near Cheshire, MA. As an on-site SLP, you’ll collaborate closely with school staff and families to support students’ growth and communication success during their foundational years.

Qualifications & Desired Experience:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Current state licensure or eligibility as a Speech-Language Pathologist
• Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) required
• Experience working with school-aged children, especially in Pre-K–4th grade, is highly valued
• Strong communication, organization, and time management skills

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess, diagnose, and provide treatment for students with speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders
• Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) tailored to each child’s needs
• Collaborate with classroom teachers, special education staff, and parents to promote optimal communication outcomes
• Monitor student progress and maintain accurate documentation in accordance with school and district policies
• Participate in multi-disciplinary meetings and contribute to the development of supportive learning environments at both sites
