About the Role
The Company is seeking a Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) for its US operations. The CMO will be responsible for the full-funnel marketing strategy and execution, with a strong focus on commercial growth. This includes driving brand and demand, as well as being accountable for subscriber, revenue, and contribution-margin outcomes. The role also involves shaping the US meal-kit portfolio, leading product marketing, and acting as a commercial operator to ensure marketing decisions align with the P&L. The successful candidate will be a core member of the leadership team, lead a high-performing marketing organization, and navigate the global/local matrix to integrate growth initiatives. Candidates for the CMO position should have a minimum of 15 years of marketing leadership experience, with a proven track record in direct-to-consumer and/or subscription businesses. A commercial operator's mindset, a customer-centric mentality, and a history of building high-performing teams are essential. The ideal candidate will have experience in fast-paced, data-driven environments and a background in FMCG or CPG industries. The role requires a strategic thinker who can balance the interests of individual brands with the overall health of the portfolio and is adept at identifying and leveraging breakthrough partnerships to drive growth.
