Location Long Island, NY (Woodbury & Smithtown) A well-established cosmetic surgery and dermatology practice on Long Island is actively seeking a Plastic Surgeon to join their growing team. This is a high-demand, high-revenue opportunity with an existing patient base and strong support infrastructure. The role focuses on both cosmetic and reconstructive procedures , with a steady flow of surgical and consultative cases. This is an ideal opportunity for a surgeon looking to step into an environment with immediate volume and significant earning potential. The practice offers a highly competitive compensation structure, with $500,000 – $1M+ earning potential , along with medical, dental, retirement, malpractice coverage, PTO, CME, and bonus opportunities. Key Responsibilities Perform cosmetic and reconstructive surgical procedures Conduct patient consultations and develop treatment plans Maintain high standards of patient care and outcomes Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team within the practice Schedule Flexible, based on surgical caseload and patient demand Requirements Board-certified or board-eligible in Plastic Surgery Experience preferred, but strong candidates of varying experience levels are encouraged to apply #J-18808-Ljbffr Hired Piece
