escalate to Team Lead only as neededFoster a positive, accountable team environment—celebrating team successes and taking ownership of challengesBusiness, Financial & Operational EffectivenessParticipate in the prime contract process, including negotiation and alignment with company standards, with oversight from your Team LeadLead Trade Partner selection, interviews, awards, and buyoutsLead creation of Scopes of Work, Exhibit A documents, and the Schedule of Values for all Work OrdersMonitor project financial performance: oversee budgets, manage contingency, allowances, and general requirements, and ensure alignment with profit goalsEnsure timely delivery of accounting questionnaires, pencil draw submissions, and change order/claims approvalsManage claims, financial reconciliation, and closeout processes, including contingency resolution and Day 2 work planningProvide accurate and timely pricing to clients for Change Orders, Day 2 work, and Service workMaintain organized financial tracking and documentation to support transparency and accuracy throughout the project lifecycleProject Management, Coordination, & ExecutionPrioritize and manage multiple projects and tasks, ensuring each receives appropriate attention and alignment with Team Lead on critical decisionsLead initial project setup, including permitting, project folder creation, and schedule development in partnership with the SuperintendentCoordinate and run kickoff meetings to align team members on expectations, procurement strategy, schedule, profit targets, and responsibilitiesMaintain comprehensive awareness of project milestones, deliverables, and critical path itemsLead OAC meetings, delegating agenda and minute preparation while ensuring accuracy, alignment, and thorough documentationMaintain detailed and organized documentation during project pursuits and execution to ensure full team alignmentSet and monitor hard deadlines with trade partners for claims, change orders, and pencil valuesProvide strategic oversight of field teams, trade partners, and vendors, ensuring alignment with project goalsBuild and maintain a strong PM–Superintendent partnership, ensuring field teams are set up for success and project commitments are delivered as promisedFacilitate punch list completion, quality control, and project closeoutLead final project debriefs and lessons-learned sessions; share insights with the broader companyTechnical Effectiveness & QualityTake full ownership of project delivery, including drawing and construction document review, RFIs, and submittal managementMaintain proficiency in project management and scheduling software; continuously seek ways to improve efficiency and support training of junior staffEnsure consistent organization of project communication, documentation, and workflows across all platformsDemonstrate advanced understanding of construction processes, drawings, documents, RFIs, and submittalsApply strong attention to detail and quality control across all project documentation and executionMaintain knowledge of permitting workflows and project setup procedures Demonstrate proficiency in scheduling concepts and critical path awarenessWhat You'll Bring:Minimum of eight (8) years of experience as a Commercial Interior Project Manager, with a proven track record managing highly detailed, high-value corporate interior projectsBachelor's degree in Construction Management, Architecture, Project Management, or a related field preferred;
