Job Description

• Assist in managing submittals, RFIs, and project documentation
• Support scheduling, budgeting, and procurement processes
• Coordinate with subcontractors and vendors
• Track project costs and assist with change orders
• Participate in client and team meetings

The Successful Applicant

• 1-4 years experience in construction (internship included)
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field preferred
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and construction software
