Shippenville Nursing and Rehab is seeking a dedicated and skilled Dietary Cook to join our Food Service team. Responsibilities
Prepare and cook a variety of menu options, ensuring that all dishes meet our high standards of quality and presentation
Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment, adhering to all health and safety regulations
Demonstrate a strong knowledge of food preparation techniques, nutritional standards, and dietary restrictions
Collaborate with our registered dietitians to develop and implement personalized dining plans for our residents
Provide exceptional customer service to our residents, families, and visitors
Participate in menu planning and inventory management to ensure efficient use of resources
Maintain accurate records of food inventory, preparation, and distribution
