ACUTE CARE SURGERY OPPORTUNITY Baptist Medical Group – Seeking BC/BE Acute Care Surgeons to join our rapidly expanding surgicalist team! Base Salary: $450,000 with the potential for additional earnings through optional extra shifts $30,000 sign on bonus + annual quality bonus + relocation This is an employed opportunity with Baptist Medical Group (a multidisciplinary medical group with over 1000 employed physicians) Some notable facts about our ACS program: We are in the process of growing our Acute Care Surgery service team to continue providing the highest level of specialty care available to the region Join our 5 Acute Care Surgeons and a highly trained, committed support staff Primary facility: BMH - Memphis (700 bed tertiary referral center for our 26-hospital system) Dedicated OR Access Incredibly diverse pathology Minimal Trauma (Polytrauma is covered by Elvis Presley Level 1 Trauma Center in downtown Memphis) When fully staffed, our group operates on a balanced schedule designed to support clinical excellence and physician well-being.
