The Mold Technology Center builds and maintains the rubber molds used across all Victaulic manufacturing facilities worldwide, making this team a critical link in Victaulic's global production capability.

Your Impact Starts Here

We're looking for a Machinist Tool Maker/Mold Maker to join our Mold Technology Center at Victaulic's Global Headquarters in Easton, PA. In this role, you'll build and maintain the rubber molds that support manufacturing operations across all Victaulic facilities worldwide. You'll work closely with your Group Leader and the Mold Technology Center team to keep precision machining operations running safely and on schedule. This is an opportunity to put hands-on tool-making and CNC programming skills to work in a role that directly supports Victaulic's global manufacturing capability.

What You'll Build & Own

• Read and interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, specifications, and GD&T to guide precision machining work
• Set up and operate machines by installing pallets, vises, tombstones, and fixtures
• Maintain part specifications by taking measurements, detecting malfunctions, troubleshooting processes, adjusting and reprogramming equipment, and replacing worn tools
• Write and edit G-code and M-code programs to run CNC operations
• Operate 3-axis vertical CNC mills, CNC lathes, and turning centers
• Operate an overhead crane and drive a forklift to move materials safely
• Maintain equipment through preventative maintenance and keep the work area organized and clean
• Uphold safety procedures, regulations, and quality assurance processes across all machining operations

What You Bring

• High school diploma required; 2+ years of technical schooling preferred
• 5+ years of relevant machining experience preferred
• Proficiency with micrometers, calipers, indicators, and other common machining tools
• Working knowledge of basic math, geometry, and trigonometry
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform moderate walking, standing, lifting, carrying, bending, kneeling, and reaching around moving machinery and equipment
• Strong teamwork and communication skills

Compensation

The base salary range for this position will be determined based on experience, qualifications, skills, and geographic location. This role is also eligible for the full benefits package described above.
