Position Overview Assist in the operation of the Colorado Rockies Retail Store located at the Flatirons Mall. Address 1 W Flatiron Crossing Dr, Broomfield, CO 80021, USA ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES Opening and closing the location Ticket transactions Credit card reconciliation Inventory maintenance Customer service is paramount as our associates are responsible for representing the organization and answering questions regarding tickets, in-game promotions, community events and stadium operations. JOB REQUIREMENTS Ability to work flexible hours, nights and weekends Basic Windows computer system knowledge Ability to multi‑task Professional manner to handle demands of store location WORKING CONDITIONS / WORK SCHEDULE Work schedule is based on store hours. Store hours can change during the year. Schedules can vary due to business volume. WORKING CONDITIONS Ability to stand and move around the store for extended periods, including during peak hours. Occasional lifting, carrying, and moving store merchandise. Must be able to perform repetitive tasks, such as stocking shelves and handling merchandise, while maintaining focus on customer service. Work in a busy retail environment with fluctuating noise levels and a fast‑paced atmosphere, particularly during peak hours. Ability to work in varying store temperatures and conditions.
