Bilingual Recruiter

Position Title: Recruiter Wage: $20.00/hour | Shift: 1st Are your skills not being fully utilized? Reach your maximum potential by working with QPS! QPS Employment Group has a great opportunity available for a Recruiter in Manitowoc, WI. This is a temporary position for 1st shift. Recruiter Responsibilities Greet and interview walk-in candidates, and determine job placements Answer phones, assist employees with issues and questions, received and respond to emails Fill client work orders with candidates and respond to all customer inquiries and questions Source candidates from job boards Put up and fill all customer job orders and assist with creating and editing of job descriptions Set up safety video and e-docs for all candidates, perform drug screens, and handle all job descriptions Document all employee files, scan all paperwork in, and ensure all placements are assigned to the correct job orders Requirements for Recruiter Bilingual in Spanish / English ideally IND043 QPS Employment Group is a full-service staffing firm comprised of dedicated and passionate people with over 50 offices throughout the United States.
