Position Overview We are seeking a detail‑oriented and reliable Accounting Coordinator to join our team at the Laredo Terminal. This role will support day‑to‑day accounting operations, including accounts receivable, accounts payable, invoicing, and administrative functions. The ideal candidate is organized, accurate, and comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment. Requirements Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field preferred Minimum 2-3 years of experience in the same or related field Knowledge of AR/AP processes, invoicing, journal entries, and accruals Bilingualism in English and Spanish is a strong asset Experience with Workday is considered an asset Experience in the transportation/logistics industry is preferred Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, ERP systems, and other accounting tools Strong attention to detail, organization, and time management skills Ability to prioritize, multitask, and meet deadlines Strong written and verbal communication skills Benefits Opportunity to be part of a growing and dynamic team Career growth and advancement opportunities within the organization Competitive compensation package Collaborative and fast‑paced work environment #J-18808-Ljbffr
