Turndown Attendant (Full-Time)

Role The Turn Down Attendant is responsible for providing evening turndown service for VIP and villa guests, ensuring all rooms meet luxury presentation and service standards. This role focuses on preparing guest rooms for the evening by refreshing the space, restocking amenities, and creating a comfortable, welcoming environment. The Turn Down Attendant works independently to deliver consistent, detail‑oriented service while upholding brand standards and responding promptly to guest requests. Strong attention to detail and a focus on guest experience are essential for success in this role. Ability to stand for long periods of time and walk moderate distances. Ability to lift, pull, and push a moderate weight (about 50 pounds).
