Responsibilities Oversee all park operations, ensuring safety and guest satisfaction. Manage, hire, train, and develop employees. Meet and exceed key performance indicators to improve profitability. Maintain cleanliness and upkeep of equipment and facilities. Order operating supplies and manage vendor relationships. Handle customer service issues and resolve conflicts. Control park expenses and prepare budget reports. Engage with community members and execute marketing activities. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree or two or more years of management experience. Strong decision‑making, oral and written communication skills. Conflict management and customer‑service aptitude. Organizational proficiency and ability to work nights, weekends and major holidays. Physical ability to stand, walk for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs. Compensation & Benefits Base salary $105,000–$115,000 with potential earnings up to $125,000/year, plus tips, bonuses, and commissions.
