Responsibilities:
Assess and develop personalized dietary plans for residents, taking into account their unique needs, preferences, and health goals
Conduct nutrition education sessions for residents and their families, promoting healthy lifestyle choices and disease management
Collaborate with our healthcare team to ensure optimal nutrition support for residents with complex medical conditions
Develop and implement menu planning and food service operations to meet the dietary needs of our residents
Conduct audits and evaluations of food service operations to ensure compliance with regulatory standards and quality metrics
Maintain accurate and detailed records of resident diets, nutrition plans, and food service operations
Participate in staff training and education programs to stay current with industry best practices and regulatory requirements
