This 57-bed behavioral health facility is part of New England's largest behavioral health network, a nationally recognized and respected provider of behavioral health services in Connecticut. The facility focuses on trauma and recovery-oriented care, serving over 650 children and adolescents and 1,300 adults annually with mental illness or substance abuse issues, supported by a strong multidisciplinary team with a collegial, work-family atmosphere.

Job Details:

• Provide direct patient services in an inpatient psychiatric setting
• Work within a 57-bed hospital focused on trauma and recovery-oriented care
• Collaborate with a strong multidisciplinary team in a collegial, work-family environment
• Experience or training in adult inpatient and evaluation services required
• Experience working with multidisciplinary teams required
• Board Certified or Board Eligible psychiatrist (if within 5 years of residency)
• Active State of Connecticut Department of Public Health medical license required
• DEA and CCSR credentials required
• Loan repayment eligible
• Support available through Provider Leadership Development Institute and Office of Provider Wellness
