## Job Description An outpatient behavioral health practice serving the Clear Lake / League City area is seeking an experienced Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) to help build and grow its practice. This flexible opportunity is open to full-time and part-time candidates, including PMHNPs who have another position, private practice, or telehealth patient panel and want to add an additional clinical opportunity. The practice will focus on outpatient psychiatry, including psychiatric evaluations, medication management, supportive therapy, and treatment-resistant depression services. TMS and Spravato programs are in development. Previous TMS or Spravato experience is preferred but not required; full training will be provided. Significant administrative and operational support will allow the provider to focus primarily on patient care. Support includes credentialing, billing and revenue-cycle coordination, technology, marketing, staffing, facilities, scheduling, and practice operations. ## Key Responsibilities - Conduct psychiatric evaluations and follow-up visits - Diagnose and treat a range of behavioral and mental health conditions - Provide psychiatric medication management - Develop and manage an outpatient patient panel - Provide supportive therapy when appropriate - Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation - Collaborate with psychiatric physicians and other clinical professionals as appropriate - Participate in the development of TMS and Spravato services - Evaluate and manage appropriate patients receiving advanced psychiatric treatments - Help establish a high-quality, patient-focused outpatient psychiatric practice ## Qualifications - Licensed Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) - Active or eligible Texas APRN licensure - Psychiatric medication-management experience - Outpatient behavioral health experience preferred - Comfortable practicing with a high degree of clinical independence - Strong communication and patient-engagement skills - Entrepreneurial or growth-oriented mindset - TMS and/or Spravato experience preferred but not required - Interest in helping grow a new behavioral health practice ## Benefits & Support - Full-time or part-time options - Flexible scheduling - Potential hybrid and telehealth schedule - Opportunity to maintain an existing clinical position or telehealth panel depending on schedule - TMS and Spravato training provided - Significant administrative and operational support - Credentialing and payer coordination - Billing and revenue-cycle support - Marketing and patient-acquisition support - Technology and practice infrastructure - Opportunity to build your own patient panel - Long-term growth opportunity as the practice expands - $65-$80 per hour, based on the final full-time or part-time arrangement ## Schedule - Full-time or part-time opportunities available - Flexible scheduling - Part-time schedules of approximately two to three days per week may be considered - Ability to increase hours as patient volume grows - Some onsite availability will eventually be necessary for TMS, Spravato, and other in-person services ## Location The practice is being developed in the Clear Lake / League City area of Greater Houston. A hybrid structure may be available, particularly during the early growth phase, with onsite clinical responsibilities increasing as TMS, Spravato, and other in-person services develop.
