About the Role
The Company is seeking a Vice President of Trade Compliance to lead and direct its global importing and supply chain security programs. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring governance of international trade laws and regulations, adherence to government programs, and the optimization of cross-border logistics. This role requires a deep understanding of regulatory expertise to make timely decisions in a rapidly changing environment, as well as the ability to lead risk management strategies and maintain partnerships to embed trade compliance into supply chain workflows. Applicants must have a proven history of meeting auditing and regulatory requirements, expertise in government agency filings, and a strong background in office software applications. The role demands exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, the ability to multitask, and a proven track record of building and leading high-performing teams. Strong communication skills are essential for interpreting trade regulations and for engaging with government agencies and external counsel. A Bachelor's degree is required, with a preference for candidates with a minimum of 10 years' experience in regulatory compliance, including 6 years in a leadership role, and a Customs and Border Protection (CBP) Broker License.
